English Pattern spoon excavator with 1.0 mm diameter has a terminal shank angle of 38° angle to the center line of the handle. Excavators have unique, large diameter light weight handle for maximum comfort, reduced hand fatigue and increased control.
Excavators are used for the removal of carious dentin.
