Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and dispatched promptly. Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. A tracking number will be shared with you once your order has been shipped.

Returns

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will promptly issue either a refund or a replacement.

• If the return is due to a fault, defect, or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If the return is for any other reason (such as a change of mind or incorrect item ordered), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
